Riged silver plate, originally housed inside large transparent plastic case on legs and affixed to one wall of the case.
White residue remains. The plastic case came apart during storage and has been disgarded.
The Plate is engraved with the image of Indira Gandhi and the logo of the Indian Council of World Affairs. Award is also engraved with the following text:
