Nelson Mandela Foundation dialogue on strategic plan of an HIV/AIDS in South Africa. The dialogue was held at the Nelson Mandela Foundation with minister Nosizwe Madlala Routlege. The dialogue was part of the process of reviewing the South Africa's national strategic plan on HIV/AIDS.
