The collection also has photos of the event. The Noble foundation mentiones that the policy of reconciliation that Nelson Mandela and FW de Klerk represent provides hope not only for South Africa , it is also a shining example for the world that there are ways out of the vicious circle of violence and bitterness.

There are images of both Nelson Mandela and FW De Klerk addressing the audience, as well as photographs of family members and close friends in attendance, including Zenani Mandela and Pik Botha. There are also images of anti-De Klerk protesters outside.
