2 white certificates with yellow and black matting in black frame. Taken out of frame for preservation
Large (top) certificate has image of interconnecting Livestrong yellow rubber bracelets running across the top. Title reads "Unity is strength" followed by the Manifesto of the Lance Armstrong Foundation. Certificate signed in black ink by staff members of the Lance Armstrong Foundation.
Small (bottom) certificate has the black and yellow "Livestrong" logo at the top, and is a personal letter from Lance Armstrong to Mr Mandela. It reads:
Mr, President,
Your perseverence is a beacon for all of us in the fight against cancer. Our deepest gratitude for the lessons you have taught us and the timeless example you have set.
