for unselfish service and noble contribution toward the advancement, progress, and prestiege of American Citizens of the Negro Race, arisen from slavery to freedom.
Be it further resolved that this award was dedicated to the memory of the first black Americans for their sweat, blood and tears for this country and
Flown, around the continent of Africa, around the world on Pan American clipper via the poles and the equator, and followed Harriet Tubman underground railroad route.
