A cream-white certificate, taken out of frame for preservation. The certificate is written in black ink and reads:
We, the Council and His Majesty Kgoshi Rammupudu Boleu ii of Bakgaga Bakopa, hereby award the Kgoshi Boleu I Bravery Certificate to Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela Who bravely devoted his life to the well being and service to the community of Bokgaga Bakopa and the people of the Republic of South Africa
As proof thereof we hereby attach our respective signatures and the Seal of Bokgaga Bakopa hereunder at Thabantsho: Maleoskop on this 10thth day of May 1995.
